ive got a canon 40d with the standard lens, could do to invest in a fisheye cos ive been meaning to for a long time now, using a centon FG20 flash atm, it was my second flash i used with my sunpak, but batteries leaked in that and fucked it up, dunno what the name of the sunpak one is but its way bigger than my centon so prob gonna try and get it fixed, thinkin if i just clean the battery compartment that should do it lol.

Right, looks like it's time to start having a proper think about this then. As I see it, the first thing to get out of the way would be to decide on:

1. Which cities we will visit and who will organise each city.

2. Which actual acts will play, and how to decide running order.

3. How transport and accomidation will be organised and paid for.

"Being realistic I think we are all gonna need a spare grand, maybe a bit less to fund it if we don't find sponsership. I'm willing to start saving and organising now, the more people we get to do the same will be exellent as we could get a team together to see who is really up for it.
Oh and I also talked to Robert Hicks, organiser of Rockness and Belladrum, a few times and have his contact details. Rockness is probably a no no but there's a chance of maybe getting something at Belladrum as they have a dance tent and if we show him that we are doing a tour I dont see why he wouldn't give us a few slots over the weekend."

Oh, and we probably ought to pin down a definate week or so next year in which this'll take place. The earlier we do that, the more likely it is that people can be free for it.
