Man invokes power of Yahweh & Angels to get away from tazer cops - Le_Coop - 2009-06-03 00:04:25 :D Oh it was definite false arrest btw before anyone pipes up He is actually using real law terms. When asked "do you understand?" they are asking if you consent to stand under certain laws which need the consent of the governed to give this act/statute the 'power' of law without being law. Everything else is just funny
