Hi,
After years of hugging speakers around the many nightclubs in London and beyond, I'm finally in control of my own night in Camden.
It's occurs weekly each Tuesday at Bar Vinyl in Camden, and the name of the night is Crossover. It will be a friendly weekly gathering of like-minded music folk, supplemented by a cutting edge electro and techno soundtrack.
Bar Vinyl is a really great, intimate bar right in the heart of Camden, which - in the past - has played host to such DJ's as Fatboy Slim and David Morales. The resident DJ's are myself and my very good friend Nev, together we have spent many many years canvassing between the world's finest nights and the world's dingiest afterparties, which has pretty much cost us our sight, sound and mental stability.
We will be having guests bi-weekly to showcase their musical wares, expect to see people from this forum and beyond playing with us down in Camden, I'm looking forward to showcasing all us forumites, geeks, dj's, producers and anyone who's spent their mornings freezing on the step at Phonica, waiting for the store to open.
If your around on a Tuesday, please drop by and say Hello... come join our little musical community, have a drink and relax in the sounds of our great resident DJ's and super-talented special guests.
Next Party is on the 19th and our special guest is forum regular Kompowski, an enthusiast of all things bass'y and synth'y, as well as producing fab deep electro mixes that have kicked an immeasurable amount of ass.
