In Sunday's episode (US) there was an awesome little Breaking Bad reference. (Not a spoiler) Someone pulls out a bag of drugs and it contains.. blue meth!

Same thing happened to Merle,we only saw a hand cutted off,then somebody stole their truck and they assumed it was him,and after that he was never mentioned again.

Nah, killing off a 12 year old girl is way too un-politically correct for TV, she'll show up sooner or later. Merle will prob show up at some point when the producers are running low on ideas and want to use a get out of jail free card.

I think Merle should turn up again because it would be a bit silly otherwise, although I think it will be pretty predictable what will happen. That girl is stupid and a few other characters are beginning to grate on me now.

In general pretty much all the characters are unlikeable. I like the new series so far, but apart from the first scenes on the highway nothing has really stood out.
It's been a decent start but it's starting to become a bit formulaic. It's almost like watching a computer game with side missions cropping up every ten minutes (trying to find the girl, having to go to the school to get hospital equipment).

Love anything to do with zombies so I downloaded and watched the first series a few weeks back. Didn't think it was consistent enough to be honest, and the last episode sort of put me off the whole series. The scientist dude made out he was going to blow up the whole fucking city or something, and all they had to do was hide behind a few sand bags across the road when it blew up. Meh.
I'll probably download the second series when its out on dvd none the less.

Caught up on the last 3 episodes last night, and to be honest, fuck all happened of any consequence (apart from Glenn getting it on) and 90% of the characters are really starting to grate on me. I was enjoying Darryl but it looks like he's going back to being an arsehole.
If it wasn't for Andrew Lincoln's facial expressions I'd probably be thinking about giving up on it.

2nd season has just been absolute dogshite!
Mainly because of Sophia(hope she's dead) and little dude getting shot cause he was "hypnotized" by a deer...

I was like this until the end of the most recent episode, then I thought the whole thing with the barn made it a lot more exciting again and looking forward to seeing what happens next.
