just a thought like, but what about doing a one off club night in sunderland? just in somewhere small like voodoo or small room at independent. get the DJing done between a few of us and just invite our mates. would be a laugh. not for a few month like, still not confident in my own DJ skils yet and need to buy a couple of new things. anyone up for it?

Im confident with my mixer and laptop but still not up to scratch fully with vinyl. Im sure theres plenty people up here who would be keen to take part too.

I'm under the impression that Wax:On may be doing something in Manchester on NYE too (according to that oracle Mixmag, lol) I'd be surprised if Digitla shut at 3:00 after Shindig and that was it. Last year was obviously 2manyDJ's after Hed Kandi and the year before went straight through with Nic Fanciulli & James Zabiela

Oh I know that, but Mixmag has a listing that says Leeds and a Manchester gig (vebue TBC) but I know how crap Mixmag are at getting things right, hence I stopped buying it years ago. I'm sure Digital must have something planned for after Shindig. Shame i'm down in Northampton for NYE and won't get further than a house party prob. Last year was class with Prydz, then 2manyDJ's. Place was still rammed at 8:00 when they kicked out

A few guys I know are on at 1am for their new night thats moved from stereo, electro, breaks and some dubstep i think, and they play all the good stuff, like a diplo, sinden, herve set.

Apart from the shit places my mates always wanna go when theyre back in the north like Tiger Tiger, Blu bambu etc I havnt been to that many clubs really. Digital and Worldies stand out though. I got my mates to go to Cosmic ballroom for Nice and they had a wild night so will have to try that some time soon too. Ill send the facebook invites out and if theres plenty of my mates keen then its an easy taxi back

digital was hilarious lastniggt like , was meant to be an 80s night but i can remember a shitload of 90s cassius and other random 90s house been played , and also alter ego - why not was randomly dropped in after some jackson five . shite dj like , was just looping every single thing 0in boys noize style , better than most student nights lark .only good because it was 80p in and drinks offers
