Now then lads, off down to Bristol this weekend, last minute thing.. What Clubs/Nights are worth looking into?

Motion is the best club I've been to in the last year.

This weekend?
On Friday you have A-Skillz at Timbuk2 (small underground club, good atmosphere and has pool/foosball so space to chill as well as dancing) . Pardon my French (run by someone here I believe) at mothers ruin (really cool pubby bar) which is local DJs and they play plenty of Disco and the like.. Mele is playing at Thekla (club on a boat, probably the most interesting venue in Bristol). Motion has a nutty D&B night with Hype, True Tiger, Loadstar and a bunch of others
Saturday you've got Andrew Weatherall and Sean Johnston playing a 5 hour set at timbuk2 (under their love from outerspace name which is weird disco and house), Motion has Maya Jane Coles, Matt Tolfrey, Joy Orbison, Ben UFO and Nicholas live (not Jaar the other one) it's the 6th birthday for the promoters who always run a great party with awesome vibes, there'll be lots of weird entertainment and fancy dress - it might be sold out but they always have 100 on the door and Motions a big club you can easily spend a while in - you'd wanna get there when it starts though (11 I think).
That should keep you occupied :D

Thanks for all that info mate, have been meaning to catch Matt Tolfrey play again and my pals are all into MJC so looks like Motion it is - heard loads of good things about the place - should be in for a cracking weekend!!
