you don't work/go to school the next day, do you?
I won't work on Thursday indeed but I guess I won't get much sleep all the same... I've already spent sleepless Thursday nights partying and then going straight to work on the Friday morning, not the best but apart from saying to my boss 'Good Evening' at 8AM it wasn't really bad either :)
But I do sympathize with you!

it was just awesome, soulwax was soooo great, man i want the same costume

then erol came right after them, and i quite enjoyed it, but it seems like the crowd really didn't appreciate as much as i thought, i heard some people saying that it was too "noisy" , he did play dance area and people really seemed to enjoy it

crookers were playing downstairs at the same time, it was full of hysteric teens, their set was ok, not the best i heard from them, plus the sound sucked, it was not loud, no bass, you couldn't really enjoy it,

then birdy nam nam came after crookers, it was amazing, first time i saw them live, listenned to the whole set

then i went back upstairs to see 2many djs and the crowd was dancing like crazy, but it was the end, i believe yuksek was playing upstairs at the same time but i didn't go

all in all, it was really a great night

If anyone is going/has gone to the one in Rotterdam at Maassilo, the club is amazing. I recently went there for Timewarp (Laurent Garnier, Marco Corola & some others played)...

The place blew me away. Be sure to check our the room on the 10th floor that you can only access via a single lift!!

it was really really good. soulwax were insane, man was it hot in that place. and insanely expensive. 12 euros for a whisky mixer, 6 for a redbull. paris is the same. spent about 150 in a day.

worth every penny.

just back from paris now..... what an epic night!
hadn't seen the soulwax live set before, and was blown away.. was really awesome.
i thought erol's set was brilliant as well, much preferred it to the manchester one... really really fun, and did it without playing very many big obvious tunes. also, obviously loads of the french were there to see the french acts, but from a quiet start i thought the crowd really got into it.
2manydjs were also epic.... did anyone else end up on stage with them? i was right next to them when they were playing sweet dreams... (the stage was completely full of people, honest, it wasn't just me up there on my own....) also some of the random stuff they dropped was really fun- eg bowie...
also really enjoyed tiga before, but at that point the main room was soooo packed that it was hard to get my groove on. think i saw a bit of crookers as well, but missed out on surkin who i'd really wanted to see because the main room was just so much fun.
only downer was the drinks prices, but i can overlook that when the music was soooo fun

Yeah just got back from Paree! Soulwaxmas was literally one of the best nights ever, my only regret being having spent so much time in the main room, I enjoyed erol's set much much more than this Warehouse one, and yes I think the crowd was alot less into the techno stuff he was playing but loved the "genericy electro stuff". 2manydj's were awesome, I convinced two friends WHO HADN'T EVEN HEARD OF THEM to part with 27euros to go see them! They both said that it was one of the best club nights they had been to. + 8pounds for a can of red bull?!?!?!WTF (I did buy one though...) Am I the only one who switched to drinking tap water afterwards?

And mr_numero, I was on stage too, stayed on until we all got kicked off, made a few video might check them out later to see if they are worthy of putting up.

Rotterdam was just sick...
Soulwax was the biggest rave I've ever had lol, after one hour Soulwax I was exhausted and I sweated everywhere!
Crowdsurfing at Justice - We Are Your Friends + Why Can't We Be Friends was nice too.
