I was away in Africa when Blur last played Hyde park so definitely not gonna miss it this time, if I get a ticket in the morning. Anyone else going?

Was going to as I missed them last time too, and loved the documentary. However the BRITs performance the other night was really embarrasing, as if Damon was playing some sort of ironic character, and dissuaded me from paying £55 for a contrived Britpop knees-up in honour of the Olympics.

Wish I had the money to buy a ticket. It's on my birthday too :(

Really hate Hyde Park as a venue, so as much fun as this would be I'm leaving it.

I got a ticket anyway. I agree their Brits performance wasn't great, didn't think the sound was very good but I'm sure the performance will be better in front of a crowd that has paid specifically to see them. plus I haven't been to London for years so should be a great weekend.

Blur and New Order have been at the top of my list of 'bands that aren't together any more that I really need to see' forever, so there was no way I was going to miss this (having not caught Blur at HP or glasto 3 in 09).

I would even have bought one off viagogo, and I really don't like viagogo.

Don't believe the Tory lies, Dave's just Maggie in disguise.
