Hey there everyone.

Im just starting this thread to build some connections. See who will be around and as I'm travelling solo would love to meet up with some other peeps!

Cheers

Sonar Festival for me and probably Amsterdam Dance Event but that's in October

It's a sad state of affairs that this thread gets over 1700 views and only 3 replies

What happened to this place?

Definitely hit London for one of the Victoria Park festivals, I've not been to a bad one really. Field Day was cracking in'11.

I would keep an eye on the Sonar line up, and then see what off Sonar events are on aswell. There will be loads of good ones!! I have a full Sonar ticket, but will probably end up going to 2 days, and one night and do Off Sonar the rest of the time, unless there is a Drastic change in the line up. Official Sonar isn't looking that great this year tbh!

A great festival that is on here the month before is Primavera Sound. Check the line up out, great mixture of acts! I highly recommend it, one of my favourite festivals.

Dour Festival in Belgium was great when I went 2 years ago, but the line up wasnt so great last year, worth keeping an eye on though! I also think its really cheap for a full 4 days!

Sonar is awesome! I'm considering it again just for Kraftwerk.

Also looking to go to Sziget Festival in Budapest. Anyone been?

I can also vouch for Lovebox and Field Day in London. Easily the best two festivals we have here. Plus no camping!

Gonna be keeping it local this year probably. Definitely Electric Picnic, and maybe brave Oxegen just for Erol and Soulwax.
