DD has been full of idiots for ages. all these indie kids gone electro 'cos its cool' wankstains!

although it is quite often rammed full of filthy puntang.
mr scruff is playin the night before digitalism! cant wait for pressure though, carl craig is gonna be pumping as is lazarus, rosse, radio slave. aaamazin
Where's Mr. Scruff playng?

(I realise that this would be easily found out simply by going on myspace, but my hangover is telling me to do as little as possible. God only knows how the hell I ended up in Campus last night playing "fat chick rodeo.")
hahaha you know your hammerd when you even venture near that place!

he's playing the night before digitalism at the arches. 21st nov

Too right Death Disco is full of idiots - prob cos the management are getin arsey about letting normal lookin people in!

The night Erol played in September was ridiculous, they were knocking back people left, right and centre. A couple of my friends, who are decent guys, got knocked back and they weren't even pissed. We had all travelled about 30 miles to go too.

But don't worry, if you're a guy just pull on a pair of glittering hot pants then you're guaranteed to get in ;-)

a friend told me he was speakin to a guy at the arches and he said their ticketing system fucked up and the website kept selling tickets even tho they had sold out!
if its true then thats prob why the bouncers were knocking loads of people back.... sounds a bit dodgy though if you ask me!

managed to get a ticket for pressure :D crisis averted! should be some night! :D
anyone know the set times?

Think you're right there mate. Someone I know who was working it told me they'd oversold it by over 100 tickets. That's not on for people who got knocked back though, especially if they weren't refunding...it was a mistake on the part of the Arches themselves not the punters.

My Boys Noize Pressure ticket is safely tucked away in my CD file. Someone on here please remind me that's where I've put it because doubtless there will be a thread sobbing "I'VE LOST MY PRESSURE TICKET" the day before the event. :P

Talking of the Slam forum, have you seen the post on it that's like our "Bad clubbing photos" post on this forum. Oh god it's funny. Something like 35 pages though, takes a while to read but well worth it.

What can I expect from Radio Slave, Dusty Kid, Lazarus etc?

Only seen Boys Noize DJ before out of the whole line up...and Slam, of course.

Why are all the vocals pitched down so low?

You see, I'm sure I saw Dusty Kid at T in the Park but I can literally remember nothing of that entire weekend my head was so pickled. Should be a cracking night

lazarus is really good techy/house style. never actually heard radio slave live dj just going on the strength of some songs. dusty kid was good at T and his productions are good

And back on topic, it now seems that my ticket for this fri is nt v secure, so if anyone knows of any spare tickets (face value) then drop me an email. It would be much appreciated! Thanks!!!

You'll be lucky, Presh tickets are like absolute gold dust this week. I saw 8am on a Saturday morning for the first time in about 3 years to rush down to Argyle St and get mine. If I know of any going spare I'll give you a shout mate.
