same thing happened to me - i watched one.. then another... then i saw a-trak was going to be on kiss in an hour so i filled the gap with the series closer.

oh yeah and it took me till 3 episodes from the end to realise 'snoop' was a lass and not just the weird midget i always thought he/she was

she is a little androgynous isn't she. i remember reading something about her being a genuine gangster type or something in real life, and the family of someone she harmed getting really offended that she was being celebrated on tv.

just read about that. apparently the guy who plays omar found her on the streets and talked her into going to auditions

In a moment of absolute idiocy/absent mindedness/dozyness i actually got the first series of the Shield in HMV not realising it wasnt the Wire.The Guardian had banged on about them both so much they had melded into one tv series,well in my mind at least.Needless to say ,after getting home and realising,i took it back and got it swapped.
