dont think we appreciated him enough i mean his was ranked 4th in the world at one point, must have been a slow year but still his cheeky smile would light up my summers

It really annoyed me that he took so much stick, here's a guy who never gave any less than 100% and was consistently ranked in the top 10 in the world in his field for about 4 or 5 years, but the British public could do no more than slag him off and call him a failure, I think it's absoloutely disgraceful. Ok, he didn't have enough talent to bring home a grand slam, but there's nothing he could've done about that, he clearly always put in as much effort as possible, and there's nothing more anyone could've asked from him. A true sporting hero in my eyes.

Murray is a great player, but Tim Henman was excellent. He'll always be underrated for never winning Wimbledon, and for getting everyone's hopes up every year!
