Is your blog only for promotion of acts?
I've got a blog too, I try and get songs off artists before they're out and put them up, I write good reviews of their stuff and I'm well into this "new journalism" idea, I reckon that all these guys making music are doing it for the love, there's no overheads in making music and I love the stuff with real analogue synths and proper production. If anyone wants to give me some 320 kbs stuff so I can promote your sound that would be great, save me the trouble of getting my pretty girl friends to seduce DJs and get thier attention so I can nick their bag and rip their record collection while they fumble about with me pals after too many beers and Es.
Lets use this forum to cut out the middle man and get everyone the tunes they really NEED, after all digging's for losers, all you need to play a banging set is all the monster tunes from the last couple of months, back to back as a warm up set from 10 - 12.
Rock on - when was the last time you played a 12"? I haven't done it for years!
