Could refer to any of the Bloody Beetroot's tracks really..

It is music for stupid people, to put it simply.

I've been known to bang out some Bloody Beetroots now and again, am I stupid? Should I bother turning up to my Oxford interview next week??

I'd leave it if I was you, I hear the clinching question is regarding the Bloody Beetroots...

(In all honesty though, best of luck for the interview)

LOL...

To put it another way, it really is the epitome of 'the party is more important than the music' mentality that producers like Crookers, Aoki, BB etc seem to have. Some people may argue that this is fine, but at the end of the day, when the sun comes up, the hangover kicks in and the party is over - you really only have 'the music' to fall back on and it reveals itself to be the crappy, generic, music-by-numbers throwaway 'electro' it really is...

Ha thanks man, i'm sure itl'll be fine, although Oxford isn't my first choice.

I should be find if the clincher is the Bloody Beetroots or Soulwax, but I'm a bit weak on my techno ATM. I'm off to revise my LFO and Villalobos

well, its party music so whats wrong about it. music for party (at least the ones i like) doesnt have to be "intelligent". i just want fun at a party and thats what they serve music wise. they dont make this music to win a grammy. and after the party u can always stick to "intelligent" music but the night before i had fun. thats what its all about no?

Aye..was going to write something similar but with more emphasis on smug house ;)

They're good at what they do. Wouldn't *really* choose to listen to it on a day to day basis.

Fookes and ninjacharlie: Get a room.

Back to the topic,
I think that trailer looks well produced. I like the lighting on the cam, looks more fun than the Justice and Soulwax movies actaully ..

looks like generic HEY LOOK AT ALL THE CRAZY PARTIES WE HAVE sort of thing rather than something actually insightful yet funny, entertaining and ridiculously well produced like potwnd...generic video for a generic act

there's no history to the bloody beetroots unlike soulwax, and they're not really as iconic to modern audiences as justice are. the whole thing seems entirely pointless - that is, assuming it is a trailer and not just a video clip for the song, i really can't tell what this is supposed to be?

Well I like the tune, it's not that great though.
And I don't think people are stupid just because they like the bloody beetroots.
