i have one (go me) and i'm wondering - is it desperately uncool to write on them? like, you know, a/b? i guess i should just know...

So uncool! Of course not. Write whatever the hell you want to on them, track name, even bpm or maybe a poem. Who else is gonna see them other than you? And if you are showing them off surely it's better to have something on them instead of the same white labels with no way to tell one from the other.

Save the space for writting messages for your fans, to be displayed over the large screen behind you whilst playign at beach parties, such as "Wave to the boats"
