i have one (go me) and i'm wondering - is it desperately uncool to write on them? like, you know, a/b? i guess i should just know...

So uncool! Of course not. Write whatever the hell you want to on them, track name, even bpm or maybe a poem. Who else is gonna see them other than you? And if you are showing them off surely it's better to have something on them instead of the same white labels with no way to tell one from the other.

Yeah, you're kinda fucked if you've got more than one and you don't write on them. Write neatly though. It's nicer that way.
