That was quality! What a feckin dancer of a thing it was as well when Fred Falke played soco on friday night! If hadn't bought one of those £6 timetables wouldn't of known. Annie Mac was madness! and crookers were more of the same. Saw Alex Metric, Alkan, Dub Pistols, Mylo, Soulwax as well fecking quality!

was mylo as poor as last year?

last year it looked like he'd pressed play on a cd and was just playing about with a filter.

teuchters, eh?

I thought he was amazing. He did act like an arrogant twat on stage but still backed iit up with the set. No new tracks or nout though so much for this new album.

I ended up hitching back to Skye at 12 am on sunday night. Got a taxi to inverness walked in zig zags sobered up then managed to get a lift from someone who was staying a hotel 30/40 miles out of ness. Phoned a taxi who happened to be dropping a couple off at the hotel. Was thinking it would cost me £100 but got it for £50!! Fucking lucky man I was could a ended up in real shit.

Erol wasa amazin, but alex metric was even better. The power cut off and when it came back on he turn it up even louder.

Annie mac played a daft punk mash up which was off the hoch. Crockers were good.

On the whole the ed banger tent was a bit of let down, not bad but not good. And prodigy didnt play for that long

Any chance there's Fred Falke, Mylo or Alex Metric setlist/actual set up anywhere? Know Metric dropped Peep Thong just before power cut out. Mylo opened with Gummiband - Siriusmo. Falke was insane need the tracklist!!!

Yeah it was Pon Di Floor. Hi, I'm new here. Been watching over the forum recently. Decided to join. Had a great time at Rockness. Favourites were Erol definitely, Annie Mac, Orbital, and Scratch Perverts (lighting guy let me do the lights in the Clash Arena for the last 30 minutes of their set).

rockness was a good one.

working there was great we only had to do a 14 hour shift on the friday and that was us for the whole weekend with a blue wristband that pretty much gets you anywhere.

seen a bit of fred falke on friday and went to soma records and seen funk d void,(Not 100% sure it was him, people were saying he pulled out but anyways it was good)

Over did it a bit on friday so my head was up my ass most of saturday but we spent most of the day in the ed banger tent which was cool. Ed Rec all stars was good for a massive spontanious dj set, annie mac and the crookers also popped in for a few mixes and the crookers dropped pon di floor which was like the 3rd time i heard it throught the weekend.
Krazy baldhead live was good though everyone who was at ed rec allstars seemed to leave when he came on which was a shame cos i thought he was class.
Went and watched orbital but we couldnt really be arsed with it so we went back to the ed banger tent.
Highlight of saturday was going mental when mehdi dropped the oizo remix of shoes.

Sunday could have been better, missed soulwax cos i had to wait in a que for abt 30 minutes just to get some cash. Apparently they were only on for about 45 minutes.
After that we went and watched Erol and his set was the tits. housemeister - whos that boys really got me going though i thought erols set was a bit quiet, probably something to do with the free church of scotland wanting the volume down cos its sunday, bunch of wankers.
Rounded of the day with the prodigy who were alright i suppose but they played too much of their new stuff which im not really into.

Overall it was a good festival. Also met Busy p , feadz, mehdi, the crookers,Rob da bank and cagedbaby which was really cool, just pity i didnt have my camera with me :(
