or do you mean mood? because there will be blood, no country for old men and the assassination of jesse james all have the same kind of feeling. no magic though...

and you should also check out memento and inception obvo.
The Machinist also has a similar feel, but is nowhere near as expertly done. Still good, though.

Is this available to buy yet?

I've not seen it yet but really want too.
Sure, i watched BRRip. Better watch it before you buy it.
Yeah, with films though i tend to just buy them. If they're shit i just sell them again.

More Top Gun Tony Scott than Crimson Tide Tony Scott, unfortunately.
So does that make it good or bad? It's sat on my hard drive awaiting a viewing if I can be bothered.
The clue is in the word 'unfortunately'.
It is one of the most 'on rails' films I have ever seen. Ironic really as it's about a train.

I could not agree more. 31 years old and it looks and sounds amazing on Blu Ray.

Mediocre storyline and a tad too much useless blood and gore. Nice landscape though.

Did they not learn from the massive balls-up Tony Scott made of his last train-based caper, 'The Taking Of Pelham 123'?

Apparently not as it's even worse, despite the bonus of John Travolta not being in it.

Watched Monsters the other night. huge let down, 30 minute film completely dragged out. hate it more as the days go on..

had a look at Buried last night. Very well put together but unfulfilling and frustrating overall.

Youth in Revolt.

It was OK, I spent most of the film trying to work out if the girl was fit or not.

saw "The Hurt Locker" yesterday.
Great movie about the war in iraq.

Is the stereotype of Amsterdam being only about smoking pot and hookers true?
- Yes, it’s our daily job besides producing music. We also walk on wooden shoes and eat cheese all day (-TWR72)

Room in Rome

Great film. Two naked girls in one room all the time making love. Good dialogue, cinematography, really well done, not a trash!

Toy Story 3 was great but a bit over the top. Been watching The Walking Dead too, good series but needs a serious kick in the ass when it comes to pacing.

No Country for old men - quite good, not as amazing as everyone made out it was, Javier Bardem was class though

Brazil - Gilian's classic, really enjoyed it, some great performances from de niro and jonathan price, nice take on the future bureaucratic world

Enter the Void - Art or trash? I can't decide yet but one thing that is incredible about this film is the way it' shot and how the scenes are panned out. Never see anything like it. Not good if you're epileptic mind.

Suspiria - Just plain odd, I can't say I was a fan even though I love horror films. I'm gonna watch again.

Get Him to the Greek - Great comic relief, nothing mind blowing here but brand and Jonah Hill were good on screen together, plus Puff Daddy was well funny.

I tried to watch it but the live octopus i was eating at the time kept getting in the bloody way.
