I'm sure most people in this thread are huge Night Slugs fans like myself, and I came across this very interesting essay on the label:
http://rougesfoam.blogspot.com/2011/01/a...slugs.html Huge in depth analysis of possibly the best label around. A good read if you have the spare time! |

Loving that mix, thanks for the heads up, hadnt heard of him before. Also fairplay to Ben Westbeech, that Falling EP is ginormous, great original tune and not a mediocre remix in sight.

Glad you enjoyed it. The stuff I've heard on Super has really impressed me so far. We had a mix from Randomer recently too, which is all kinds of fire.
Ben Westbeach is well talented, I still can't get enough of his record Fatherless under the Breach name. I would have thought I'd be sick of it by now since its been around for what seems like an age in the clubs and the radio even before it came out but no, its a banger. |

I had no idea that Breach is Ben Westbeech, definitely one of the tunes of 2010, seemed to get play across the board. New track from Falty DLs new album set for release on March 14th, previews of all the tracks are up on the planet Mu website, sounds really promising. |

Lighter VIP by Champion is a beast of a track. He's got a 12" coming out soon on Terror Danjah's label Hardrive, that isn't on it mind but the tracks are still bangers. I would love to see Lighter VIP hit wax at some point.
FaltyDL rules! Looking forward to his new album. |

Some big big things to come from Hardrive this year. If you're into grime instrumentals then the forthcoming P Jam ep will be one to look out for. Also new Terror Danjah tune East Village is a monster, think it will come out on Butterz. Was on Toddla T's latest show |

Boogaloo City, Pitch Controllers and Earth 616 have some great releases coming up. This is coming out in the next couple of weeks on Earth 616 and is huge: |
