The Modeselektor Edit is the way back to straight electronic music but Uffie and Yelle bring in some French electronic pop vibe. ;)

How is everyone doing this?

Because i was gonna record my 3 track mix, burn that to disc., burn the set so far, play it out in it's entirety and then mix this into my 3 track mix.

Will this be okay or is it likely to lose quality?

Do what you were going to do, but rather than mix it in its entirity, just use the last 30 seconds of the last persons mix (obviously 30 seconds beor you want to come in) We can splice it all together at the end....

No need to use the mix in its entirety, just use the last minute or so to mix out, and upload that.

I can stick it onto the rest of the mix with Ableton. That would probably be easier.
