Really enjoyed this night, but it was first time ive seen erol and it wanst amazing, dont know why just didnt seem as good as usual. Sinden on the other hand was awesome! Really really liked him.
Think i met some forum people, though i was a state and i could have just made that up in my head... What did others think of Erol's set? It was good to hear boys noize phantom remix played out. |

i loved black legend
we left about 30mins through sidens set too drunk. having fallen down the stairs which lead to the dancefloor, breaking mr.b's party hat and getting our mates locked in the disabled lift we decided to call it a day |

hi.
yes, dancottrell it was me...well i think it was you. i was absolutely munterred on a steady stream of lemonade and J2o ! steve man you're a disgrace ! i left the party hats somewhere in the room casper played, wasn't really in a hat mood in the end... sinden was hilarious i thought, so absolute belters made me n my friends grin like silly beggars. erol's sett was funn too, agreed black legend was fun , dusty kid went down well too, but your right it was 'different' to the norm. not in a bad way, it was cracking to dance to, but it seemed more housey at some points to me - didn't really help things that the sound system in there was on it's knees as well ! i'd be curious to know how much he was picking his tunes to the crowd, there were so many young un's in there, i did get asked who he was at one point too! excitingly too - theres talk of brodinski at a future wax on !! bloody brilliant. b // |

im sorry about the hat b! my friend got over excited over the sight of it and ripped it off my head, thus causing the string to snap! had plenty of fun from then on trying to balance it on various peoples heads though.
apologies for the mortalness to anyone i saw |

Yeah 'housey' was a good way to describe the set.
There were far too many knobheads who started off in vests and sunglasses and progressed to no vests, sunglasses and sweaty nipples in your face. Was a bit gutted Glimmers pulled out, but Brodinsky would be sweet if that ever happened! Anyone make it to wire? We walked down and realised we didnt have enough to go in and then get home after :( |

no....no wire for me this time. i dropped my mates off then drove home. sensible i am....think rich went (him in the justice tee).
agreed on the colourful characters in there, i mean i know i sweat alot but i'm pretty sure i don't stink that much - christ i nearly gipped when sinden was on . horrible. shame i can't make the next one (i'm at a wedding) but fingers crossed on the brodi thing soon, me n woor lass loved him when we heard him at froggers . i recommend that set thats kicking about on the blogs somewhere. and steve, nah worries man - i was sober as a judge, normally i'd be rolling around with you inthe disabled lift !! b // |

haha cool, when your sorted we will have to both get a bit worse for wear then...agreed with the horrible topless charver types (maybe due to freshers/first night for students). hopefully it will calm down in coming weeks
just looking at uni courses for next year actually :P |

Erol played very similarly at fabric too, so it wasn't just for Leeds, or topless chavs or anything... If anything I'd say it was more technically, or at least what I saw was... Some really big room stuff in there!

There was a disscusion about this (well, Wax:on's cancellations in general, after Luciano last week) on NorthEastClubLife but the message board has since been taken down (and the new Habit site and board is up on http://www.clubhabit.co.uk for anyone missing it!)
