Anyone got any thoughts on this mixtape? Not the sort of thing I'd usually pick up, but this has completely gripped me over the last few days. Spot on production, and really absorbing tales in the lyrics. Brilliantly sung as well.

The vibe on this track in particular is really doing it for me at the moment, but I could pick any of the tracks to post.

Love the morning, big tune! check out the-dream if you were feeling this but dont usually get into rnb - the guy produced single ladies and umbrella, and his solo stuff certainly bears comparison to the weeknd... fancy and yamaha are the two tunes i would check first.

Glad somebody's replied to this, pretty sure I wouldn't be alone on this one.

Thanks for the tip. I'll check The Dream out.

Yeah been enjoying this for a while.
Also got shown the Adam Port edit the other day which is pretty nice.

Think my favourite track is What You Need, but can't decide if I prefer the mixtape version or the earlier pitched down one.

Was gna start a thread about this in the electronic music section, just discovered the album, so good. Favorite tune on initial listen is Glass Table Girls and The Morning, but I can tell its one of those where you have a different favorite for each day of the week, top stuff.

Jacques Greene has also done a remix of What You Need

I did debate for a while on that. Though this is definitely electronic in places, it's more song-like in style, and less designed for the dancefloor, so I concluded that it would be best in here. Although may have got more traffic in the other section.....

Anyway, I'm still loving this mixtape. Had 'The Morning' on my ipod on my commute in today. Sounded awesome as the sun shone down.

^ Jacques Greene remix sounding good.

This is pretty cool, Joy Orbison opened his set at Coachella with The Morning. Then mixed it into that amazing Blawan tune.

Didn't even like it. Sounds well off kilter? doesn't meld together well at all?

Is it just me that thinks this sounds well off form for Greeney?
