What to wear to 'Warwick Rodeo'

So ... what should I wear to the 'Warwick Rodeo'??
I have lived in the city for my entire life and have zero experience with these sorts of events, my best friend now lives there and i thought it would be hilarious to go! Any ideas? My thoughts so far are: - Ksubi acid-wash skinnies - AA black bodysuit underneath - Black flat ankle boots - Big silver necklace with my little pony on it - hair in messy pony tail with smudgy black eyes and pale pink blush and lips? I was pondering this question myself. The Warwick Rodeo is definitely one of the soical events of the year.
