No, mate. I did go to a lot of Tidy specials though. Christmas and Easter nights at Mezzanine. They brought a lot of fun to clubbing. I especially remember them playing a hard house version of that Coca Cola advert at the Christmas night.

Thanks for the support anyway, keep reading and keep telling other people about the validity of my words. I'm also on Twitter now if that means anything: @tonkawrdm

Yeah, did a couple of Christmas ones myself. I've got that coca cola track on CD somewhere. Can't say I like the music these days, but definitely some of the best club nights I've had.

Just got round to reading the the first post in your blog...

"My favourite trick is to pinch a fit looking bird’s arse and then look the other way when she turns around! Lads, apart from dropping Smarties that is the funniest thing you can do in Fabric. Has me howling like a fucking WOLF."

lol

ps. I also happen to think "Stardust - Music sounds better with you" is the best dance track ever made or ever likely to be made.

Don't take this as an insult, but did you really find "Jon" attractive? Maybe it's just because I read the article before seeing the photo but even if I thought that was a girl "she" looks kind of trashy.

Trashy girls are better at having sex. Everyone knows that.

I made a mistake. Not unlike thousands of British men who travel in their THOUSANDS to Bangkok each year. Don't judge me.

Lisa Lashes and Anne Savage both used to look pretty trashy, but I'd have given up my entire Tidy Trax vinyl collection to have A bit of the other with either, or preferably both of them.

Lisa, Anne and the entire Tidy crew were dirty, agreed. I've always been a classy fucker though so always had a soft spot for Rachael Auburn and Tripoli Trax.

WRDM6 is almost done and will be uploaded soon to the blog.

Keep your eyes peeled.

"So, this track finishes and my mate could stop dancing long enough to go and get some E tablets. Usually, you're walking round like a lemon in UK clubs looking shifty and asking moody looking fuckers if they're selling. I always feel a bit sordid doing that, especially when I ask someone and they look down their nose at me and say "no". When you eventually do find someone selling you get absolutely no customer service; you get scowled at, they don't maintain eye contact, won't do banter AND they don't do change. I only carry on buying them because they make me feel really good about myself."

:)

p.s. A mate of mine almost slept with Savage this summer, but was warned off after he found out her husband owned the club he was working in.

pussy.

Consider it done, mate. I'll have a listen and feature you in my next blog. I asked AGES ago for new talent for my blog and, so far, you're the only fucker to bring it.

Check out WRDM8 soon where Creepy Disco gets a rinse.

Do you ever DJ anywhere live? Like in a nightclub or public house. If so, where and which ones?

So many crackers to choose from but if I had a shooter to my face I'd have to say 'Show Me Love' by Fruitloop.

What about the rest of you Erol Alkan fans. What's your favourite Tripoli Trax release?

99th Floor Elevators - Hooked (OD404 Remix)

Can't beat the kick and bass in that song, work together so well. I once met half of OD404 in the SE1 club. Think I made him uneasy by explaining how I thought they were the best producers in hard house.

7/10 but you prefer Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince. I can live with that lol
Mite send you one of my more club orientated mixes tho since it aint september anymore ;)
Great read as usual, keep it up!

PS: Regarding lack of info/shit pics. DiscoCreep's a relatively new name change and the pic is just something I through together from an old "Lost Boys" poster.

The picture of Claude Von Stroke in the Ben Westbeech interview is from when he played for my club night down in Brighton - I will of course be expecting full compensation Tonka. 30% of all profits received?
