the same goes for justice new album, if u compare it to say their elders, daft punk, u quiclkly realise that the album falls way short of the mark relative to the amount of hype they receive.

its all to do with brands, those remixers are all tied in with the electro- rave (erol/tiga/boys noize/soulwax/justice/etc) brand, that is what they are primarily known globally for, they arent falling over themselves to remix justice, rather having to prop up their brand, trying to stay relevant, but the kids dont listen to electro like we all did say in 05/06/07 well not the cool kids anyhow lol, well in the very least not the ones i no, its all dubstep, grime, jungle etc. so they are in affect being marginalised. by the upcoming talent of julio bashmore and co and that was my point earlier, this remix package is in a nutshell similiar to floggin a dead horse...

of course im very agree with your statement saying more or less ed bangers is dying miserably in front of our eyes (for many years ago actually)

i would just add few things :

- justice and all the scene you are dealing with here can be named "electro" but not "rave" at all.
- if the sound and all the justice scene is well dead i wont say "its all jungle, grime etc..." now at all either. the truth is that grime, dubstep is a rythm a large majority will never adapt with ! excatly the same which happened with jungle back in the day, staying minority...
- imo "the upcoming talent of julio bashmore and co" is amazingly....... insignificant. as insignificant the minimal scene was for example...
