any suggestion of nice cheapish hotels? looking at going in june....

It all depends where you want to be, I have used the Poniente Playa hotel the last 2 times I have been, it's far enough away from the West End to get a decent night sleep and is about a 5 minute walk to the Sunset Strip like Mambo etc - and the last time I checked it was cheap, like £100 each for a 4 person room or a little bit more for a room with a roof terrace.
