Those charts are DJ charts. For tracks that they likes DJing with.

If they produce a track they like playing out, why can't they chart it?

The problem with this chart isn't the fact they're charting their own track, all the producers do that really, but it's more that they feel like they deserve a thread for their chart... It's bad not being humble when you start...
