Because its being hosted as part of that Thursday 'indie night' which seems to have been churning out the same nonsense for forever.

Should have been at a better venue such as The Cluny or NCL Uni......as a stand alone gig.

Same goes for Thieves Like Us in Feb. A lot of friends who used to be able to put on gigs in Newcastle can't book shit now because their swallowed up by the same venue time and time again.

Thats my feelings anyhow

on thursdays the bands are always in the other rooms bit where the balcony is

still a bit shit cos the rooms tiny and empty usually :S
