What's the new place like? Compared to last year? Sound? Queing? ect

Is it RAMMED, or relatively spacious? As obviously for Chemical Brothers I imagine most people will be in the main room.

And finally, and most importantly, has anyone any experience with the 'disabled section/access' at the WHP? I broke my leg playing football this week, and depending on my prognosis I might not be able to go.....but if I can I am likely to have a cast on my leg, so (depending on the type of my cast and my recovery) I would want to avoid the rowdy areas....but at the same time wouldn't want to be perched at the back on the bar.

Surely someone has been....

I went to the Bugged Out one, personally i think the venue is 10x better, less ques as far as i could tell, much more space in the main room, particularly once the headline act is over. To be honest i was a little bit tipsy so sound quality and stuff liek that is all a bit of a haze. Not a clue about disabled etc.

Doesn't help you but my mate also needs to know the same "Disabled" question as he's done his cruciate in and is planning to take crutches there. I've told him best of luck on that (rather him than me)

I've taken the liberty of e-mailing the WHP and see if they can shine any light on that matter.....

I invented the word WONK on this forum

I've decided against going.

As much as the music would be just as incredible no matter what physical condition I was in, the frustrations of having to be perched on crutches towards the back of the room would be too much. In the intoxicated state I'd inevitably get in I'd be likely to do more damage to my leg doing something stupid. I guess I could remain sober, but again being stood sober at the back of the place and seeing everyone in front of me going wild would be so frustrating. I don't want to not be able to go crazy when I hear Fuck Up Beats played by the Chems.

I'll see them some other time.

If anyone is interested, have 2 e-tickets to sell for this Saturday's Resident Advisor one. £60 for both.

Just a warning guys, last night at RA I experienced random ticket checks at the entrance to try and combat touts and second hand tickets, done very agressively unfortunately. I wouldn't risk buying an E-ticket second hand at this stage.

I was literally taken to a tent and interrogated by several bouncers. They had hundreds of fakes at Hot Creations apparently. Place has gone banannas.
