Guy, as much as I agree with everything you've said I don't think this is the place for it. I have a massive problem with this Olympics for the same reasons as you but haven't posted in this thread because it's clearly about the Olympic events rather than the concept of the Olympics and the politics behind it. Not having a go, just saying its kind of like posting in the 'Good dubstep' thread just to say dubstep is shit or arguing over whether jpegs are a good image format in the 'best jpeg/gif' thread
