What's your opinion on drum machines? I consider downloading any virtual one. I want to create a good techno break beat/ off beat and only a drum machine can help me. I've used before but long time ago. Do you know any good ones (free if possible).

I used the D16 808 demo, sounded quality and obviously more tweak able than samples.

Although I'm saving my €'s for an MFB 522 for analog loveliness.

Drumazon is really good i just downloaded it. I've actually used a demo some time ago but i had forgotten about it. I also got AudioRealism ADM CM which is great too. I'm gonna try D16 Nepheton as well , thanks.
