I've long had a soft spot for jazz - I was born in Buxton, home of the Buxton Jazz Festival, and my dad designed their logo; I used to attend every year, and was raised listening to all manner of jazz, from big band to Tom Waits type stuff (I know thats more blues but you get the point).

In the last few months I've rekindled my affection for it, who else is into a bit of jazz on a Sunday afternoon?

Not really sure if you'd call this jazz but it's one of my favourite summer jams...

I don't know if this qualifies as jazz by traditional definitions, but I think this is a great number by Steely Dan.

Edit: I see the previous poster adds the same qualification, lol.

A disciple of the mighty Ahmad Jahmal, doing a frankly terrifyingly challenging version of the Gershwin classic 'I Got Rythm'. Thoroughly smile-on-your-face music!

She's really good. And this may sound funny, but it almost sounds like it could be music from Mario haha
