I need halp, good people of the Erol Alkan forum. I have Sennheiser HD-202s and the sound's pretty good but they're crushing my head. My ears really hurt. Do you know anything of comparably low price that'll get me the same level of decent quality, except, you know, comfortable? Willing to compromise on amount of noise isolation as long as I can still get BIG BASS.

What is the circumference of your head?

I use these for general listening, pretty comfy and nicely adjustable. Good level of bass as well

My head is 20" around, 21.5" if I wrap the tape around my ears. Thanks for the rec, these look decent and fairly cheap

I'll measure my head when I get home as well, make sure my recommendation wasn't stupid.

I have the AKG's and they felt very clampy on my ears at first and still do a little, cant be arsed measuring my head but I had to have the headphones stretched around a pc tower for hours to loosen them. They're good quality for the price though.

Saying that, mine are the AKG518 DJ headphones, not the LE so maybe those are a little more comfortable.
