whats your top 5 warm up tracks.

im only asking coz the last 3 or 4 electro nights ive been to, with the exception of a few, they have just banged it out from the start which i think is just bad planning by the dj!

people are losing the way to flow a night in my opinion.

heres my 5 anyway:

THOMAS BANGALTER - CLUB SODA
TRAFFIC SIGNS - THE BIG FAKE
REMOTE - TEASER
MR MASTER - A DOG IN THE NIGHT
YELLOW MAGIC ORCHESTRA - TONG POO

I-Robots - Frau (Kid Alex Minimal to Disco remix)
or if you want to be a dick about it the Puzique remix

Trentemoller - Moan (Trentemoller remix)
H-Man - 51 Poland Street (Extrawelt Remix)
Dusty Springfield - Spooky
Alden Tyrell - Love Explosion

These are all for more laidback sets i like to play, i usually tend to start a bit more direct.
and Zillo i would definately save The Big Fake for later

I know what you're saying and there was reasoning for my set on Saturday morning, I wanted to keep the whole vibe of the WHP going. My first 20 minutes when the club was filling up was fairly low key, a couple of Institubes B-Sides etc...

although i wasnt there at the start of your set mat, i hear it went down really well. but yeh at 4am people just want dirt haha!

i like lots of vocals and stuff to open nights up, indie remixes and upbeat guitar stuff, but thats just what im into really

Luckily we don't have that many mp3/bloghouse pseudo dj's here so I haven't heard that many bang from the beginning sets.

italo disco is always a good way to start a night!
