Just talking to a friend about DJ's who seemed to be quite big/popular when we were young and what ever happened to them. Anybody got any more they remember or info on what they're doing now?
Here's a few to get started. Fabi Paras Glenn Gunner Craig Walsh Dave Dorrell, (Yeah, I know he manages poor brit-grunge merchants 'Bush' now! How did that happen?) Roy Keane LOVES dogs,,,, any of 'em. |

dave dorrel is a top bloke and one of the reasons
i got into djing he doesnt really dj anymore but runs a sucessfull management company he looks after lots of people including the pet shop boys and unkle and he's sttill as cool as fuck and of of the nicest guys you could meet djed with glen quite a lot but dont know where he is know Dumb Blog Millionaire |

Aye. I can remember a night that Dorrell used to run called Come or it might have been Spunk? Not sure. He was class anyway.
And what you said kind of makes sense. Years ago a freind of mine used to work for Mo' Wax and she said that Dave Dorrell and a couple of other blokes had been in for a meeting with Lavelle and I just couldn't put the two together. did a bit of research on fabi paras
found some stuff on a few forums that he kinda burnt himself out partying to hard and hit a bit of a rough patch some forum says he was ill in 2004 with a brain tumour and another said they thought he had died 3yrs ago bit sad if its true Dumb Blog Millionaire |

Yeah. I heard a similar tale about him having a brain tumour. But that came from the same source as told me Hugo Nicolson got stabbed by Jagz Kooner over a disagreement about a sample. Yeah, thats believable.
