Side note - Rock City have got it down as being an 18+ gig. Have the others been the same?

We were just a band who made it very big, that's all - John Lennon

I am one of the best singer-songwriters this country has produced - Mick Hucknall

when i saw them at parklife last september, they played phantom, phantom pt.2 and phantom part 2 (soulwax) and maybe even the boys noize remix. thats just too much phantom for me. they need to start including new jack into their sets. easily one of the best off the album.

peace the fuck out.

I don't think I've come across this on the forum yet, an interesting topic on Coachella's forum, launched by Busy P : http://www.coachella.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14829

Busy P Wrote:Here we come again!

I was there crying in the middle of the crowd in 2006 when my Daft boys killed us all...
I was there proud of my Justice kids throwing their first ever live show in 2007...
I'll be there in 2008 trying to convince the haters that Ed Rec is not just another trendy label... We're here to stay guys!

In 2007, Dj Mehdi and me were DJing in the Sahara tent while Arcade Fire was rocking the main stage. We had fun, Mehdi almost killed himself climbing on a speaker, and me i was just enjoying the moment with the crowd trying to mix Aphex twin and Arcade Fire, you seemed to liked it.

2008 will be different I promise.

JUSTICE will perfrom a complete NEW live show. They will of course bring their classic Marshall amps, but prepare your ears for some new heavy beats.

SEBASTIAN will throw his new cut up trax and probably manage to smoke 1 or 2 packs of cigarettes in 60 minutes.

UFFIE & FEADZ will unleash some new material and maybe do a porn show (what am i writing here!!!)

and me, BUSY motherfuckin' P, I'll bring a suitcase of presents and throw it to the crowd. Or maybe i'll be stuck at the US customs trying to explain why i'm bringing weird tee shirts and cool things to my US mates. oh also, i'll kick your head with some tunes you never heard before.

So please, come here, let's keep this topic for all you request, i'll try to answer as much as possible.

Last thing, if you are a master in Photoshop and you love us and want to make fun, i need a special ED REC version of the Coachella poster. I'd like to put BUSY P instead of Jack Johnson, SEBASTIAN & UFFIE instead of Portishead, and JUSTICE instead of Roger Waters. Got me ? yes yes call me a megalomaniac i don't care.

That's it for now.

with all my luv,

BUSY P

ps : bring your GPS to find the ED REC house in Palm Springs...
That seems quite interesting for the numerous summer festivals they are announced in !

I've seen Justice support CSS at Brixton on 3 December and they were excellent! Definitly a vibe, but possibly cause it was my first time seeing Justice.
I saw them Feb 15 at Oxford and I thought again it was amazing, I noticed the beat-repeat straight away and thought it was a bit weird but it kinda suited it.

Their tracklist was perfect, and NY Excuse (Justice remix) was AMAZING, and I am so glad they played Lovelight (soulwax remix)

I took loads of videos (and have 2 videos from the london gig) on my dailymotion channel

I got a post overview of it all on my site

When I was talking with Justice, they said they would really love to play Glastonbury, but they can't confirm anything, reading I would say isn't the best place for them to play, I'd say they have a better enviroment at Glastonbury. I mean, did you see chemical brothers play glastonbury! :P Obviously, they wouldnt headline but even so, reading is just too rocky for Justice, even though a lot of their influences are rock etc.

Saw em at Oxford. Didn't think it was amazing, mostly due to the crowd though really.

yeh i'd definitely agree but chances of me getting a Glastonbury ticket are the same chance of Spurs beating Chelsea in the final...oh wait :D

Gatecrasher is the best festival this year full stop by the looks of the lineup, but it's 18+, so sucks to be me haha

justice is playing their first u.s. tour spot tomorrow in austin, texas (out of all places). i will be there flask in hand and am intrigued to see how their set turns out. their show is being held at an outdoor venue and the weather is set to be rainy. we shall see.

decent recent interview with justice with xavier doing all the talking.
