this is driving me fucking crazy.

i seem to have acquired some sort of virus/malware shit. what its doing is playing insanely annoying internet radio clips through my speakers completely randomly. it happens if i have no programs open, and my task manager isn't indicating any abnormal programs or processes.
i've scanned with spybot and ad-aware, and both say i'm clean. its like some twatty pop up, but audio.

its safe to say, i'm going fucking nuts with this.

has anyone heard of it, or can recommend any good (preferably free) malware/spyware removal programs?
