More specifically, it's pleasure in other people's discomfort. Now I'm hardly Ivan Smugghe, but some people might know me for my connotation to a young, happening blog. What a lot of people may not know is that I'm nearly 27, and don't exclusively enjoy trashy electro-house, wonk, blog-house or whatever moniker the inhabitants of this pond are using today.

There are people out there who relate to Fluokids that wouldn't necessarily relate to this mix, but I think it's an honest expression of what I'm happiest playing right now. We all like to roll out some Crookers from time to time as well though!

Big fan of Dexter.

When Casper reaches 30 he will have long grey hair, only djing with 1100s and old 70s mixers.

It may take a little longer than that for someone like me to become Harvey. Probably about a century.

all this banter aside its a nice mix, the out from erotic city is lovely and you managed to stick some 'minimal " stuff on there that i keep hearing and really liking. ..plus the DM villalobos track is very special for me, happy memories of a sordid afterparty last year.
lovely.

RV is playing Wax:On in june, I'm praying beyond hope that he doesn't follow luciano and hawtins example of "Housing it up" for the "Northern Monkeys".

I swear, every big name DJ must research Newcastle before playing here for the first time and decide on account of Shindig that this city only likes house.

Your mix has inspired me to try and put together a similar one.

If I can legitimately and relevantly include Fizheur Ziehuer on it, I'm going to treat myself to an IceCream!

It was only a matter of time till you went down the 'Smug House' road Godfrey. It's been coming for a while now.

It's like the scene in the commitments where the sax player starts embracing jazz.

'Tis far worse than that. It's got more in common with the scene in Herbert Ross' 80's Magnum Opus 'Footloose', when cool city kid Kevin Bacon has been unsuccessfully teaching hapless local hick/loser Chris Penn to dance, then suddenly, when it looks as though all hope is lost Penn 'gets' rhythm.

It's that bad.

"If we cannot make believe, maybe we can make some time..." Tune!

Your write-up shows a new level of wankiness. Good work.
