Article in this weeks NME about their 'Investigation into Soulwax's secret identities"
Includes a quote from the E-Man himself declaring Soyulwax to be Fake Blood.
Terrible article and very lazy journalism - but made me laugh out loud.

On only a slightly related note, did anyone see that music programme the other day where the current Q editor was slagging off electronic music? The usual 'not real music', 'lacks originality, is tired' type accusations...
Coffee all over the room.....
This from the editor of a magazine who's cover this month is AC/DC.
No wonder it's circulation is going down the pan...
Sorry, erm yeah, NME is bad, but it ain't Q bad.

Amazing scenes. laughable comments, I wound up at a Stereophonics Q gig earlier on this year that was fronted by him. All he went on about was how people would talk about 'this gig' forever more blah blah blah....so for him to criticise electronic music's lack of originality when he himself eulogises over a band that was about to play a selection of re-appropriated tunes from down the years is a bit rich. Still, there was free drink.

I'm struggling to remember what the programme was called, any ideas?

I was in the NME office this week... I don't think they're as musically backward as people make out, the charge of lazy journalism is probably justified though.

Sounds a bit too fanboyish though. Has to be a paparazzy glossy, with people stalking DJ's while shopping for new digs and records.

I'm completely up for that Erolzine thing ! I can do the Parisian night-life's gossips part, I'm on a 3-nights-out-per-week rhythm lately, and just last week I came across Gaspard & SoMe at the bar of a club, Bobmo in the smoking area somewhere else, and Brodinski at a café around 8AM after the same party. Tomorrow I do that EdBanger/Revolver thing, then the Yuksek release party, and on Saturday the Diesel xXx one, should be quite fun as well.
and lol at Kevin Joyce!
